* We can produce the filters
within a spectral range, but also with parameters different from the one
above based on your requirements. Clarification of some of the terminology
used here can be found on the following web-page.
1. lî
- central wavelength (CWL) of the filter at the maximum transmittance of
the filter;
2. (Dl0.5 / lî
) - relative halfwidth of filter transmittance, where
Dl0.5
- full width half maximum;
3. Tmax - maximum
transmittance of the filter;
4. Tf % - transmittance in the
blocking range;
5. Blocking range- the spectral range
outside the desirable working range of the filter.
We can produce almost any optical filters, the
most complicated ones are often for analytical chemistry applications
where we take into account not only the absorbance spectra of the gases
but also spectral sensitivities of detectors.
